Join the resilience market
Societal resilience will not be built in a ministry. It will be built in the village, the municipality, the school, the laboratory and the factory. The network is open to everyone ready to contribute.
Cooperation path
Name your role in building resilience
Societal resilience is not built by one institution. Village heads, local government, science, civil society, industry and media bring different skills and resources. Select your group — we will show only the cooperation path that fits.
Choose a role from the menu
Once you select a group, a tailored offer will appear here: benefits, entry terms and the next step.
Market idea
Democratic Societal Resilience Supply Chain
Civil protection has become a market with a legal procurement duty — and a clear rule: solutions must come from credible, democratic suppliers.
The ICCSS-led Chain is a registry of equipment, software and services that meet data-security, operational-independence and democratic-values requirements. Public buyers and insurers can see whose solution runs in a siren, a water intake or a control system.
Partner path
Audit (Sandbox)
Verification against PL, EU and NATO norms and a Zero Trust approach — before an offer enters the registry.
Certification
Stress tests and the Resilience Certified mark, which can support tender scoring and insurer risk assessment.
Presentation
Demonstrate the solution to buyers at KIELCE IFRE-EXPO, 10–12 June 2027.
